Due to the nature of the services and products we offer, they cannot be returned, so we cannot offer refunds if you have had access to your website and any software that has been installed. You are paying us for the time it takes to develop your website, not whether or not you actually use it, so if you change your mind after we have put in the work and/or handed over your website to you, we won’t offer a refund.
The same goes if you purchase booking software and then decide you can’t manage it yourself. Please ask for admin access for a demo of the booking software you are interested in before you commit to a purchase.
