- We have many different ways for our customers and website visitors to contact us, and are available for support and queries for much of the time. Our phone line goes to voicemail out of business hours, but you can try our other contact options out of hours if you need to.
- We can help you with setting up and configuring your own email address from your domain. For example, you may have a domain: http://www.mybedandbreakfast.uk, but are using a free Gmail address. There’s nothing wrong with that, but wouldn’t an email such as: admin@mybedandbreakfast.uk be more professional? This is at no extra cost.
- We are very open and honest – if we are not sure how to do something, we will tell you. We are constantly researching new methods and software to make our services better and keep them up-to-date, and realise that what we do comes with a constant learning curve – and we love learning!
