Once WordPress is installed, the left menu inside the admin section contains link to plugins and themes. To search, upload and add new plugins, simply click the ‘Plugins’ menu. You can search for new plugins there, too.
To install and preview themes, click the ‘Appearance’ link. You can search for new themes from inside the themes panel.
