It depends on the design you have purchased. Most design elements such as graphics and logos etc., come as a download that you receive access to immediately after purchase. If you have purchased a design that needs editing by us, you will receive an email with a link to a form that you can fill in with your requirements. We cannot proceed if you do not fill in that form, so please do it as soon as possible. You need to read your order confirmation email to the bottom to get to the link you need. If you do not receive our emails, please check your spam/trash folder and add bizweb.biz to your email whitelist.
We price our designs according to the work that's gone into them, and also the work that will be involved in editing them for our customers.
Not without losing quality. A .png file is not a vector format. However, if you have purchased a standard graphic and would like it in a larger resolution, please ask.
An image in vector format means it can be re-sized without losing quality. It can be made as large as you want and won't look 'blurry' or pixelated.
We don't recommend it, but it's up to you. However, if you want to use images of other people's children (or any person, in fact), you will need to provide written permission from them or their legal guardian before we can accept them for any design purpose.
We don't design for projects to do with anything that could be considered 'controversial' or offensive to any class of people. We don't design for the following categories:
- Adult material, including sexuality.
- Politics.
- Religion, including religious holiday material.
- Hate-related content, including any 'isms'.
- Weapons.
- Drugs.
- Material that promotes crime.
This is not an exhaustive list, we retain the right to refuse any project without explanation.
You can do that, provided you have the rights to use any images you want to use. Many people think that if you find images on Google or other search engines, they are free to use. Not so. Most of the images you find are copyrighted and you would find yourself in trouble if you use any without permission. You can use free image sites such as Pixabay, or other paid services, or images you, or someone you have paid, has taken, provided they do not violate anyone else's copyright. Whichever image(s) you want to use, please make sure you check their usage terms and conditions to keep yourself legal! However, your images need to be of a high resolution in order for them to be used. Low-quality images will look blurred and pixelated. We don't 'enhance' very poor images to high-quality, it can't be done outside of CSI!
No. Most of the images we use have been obtained from private sources, or in some cases, royalty-free image websites. We are allowed to use these images for commercial designs but cannot pass on legal ownership rights to our customers. You pay for the time we have spent designing the finished products and for the time spent modifying them to your specifications, but not for the legal rights to the designs. We retain rights even to custom designs and will showcase them on our website portfolio.
Of course. When you purchase a design, you can add the required bleed size and we will alter your design accordingly.
That depends on what you want. You will need to contact us with your requirements. If we accept, we will send you an estimate for the finished design which you can accept or decline. An estimate is not a quote. If your design and/or revisions take a long time we may need to charge more, so please bear this in mind.
