We follow a first-come-first-served policy. We usually try to have your design finalised within 3 days, but this depends on how long it takes to receive your content revisions. Once we have your content, we will work as fast as we can.
You pay for the design you select, along with any modifications to the text and the placement of the elements in the design.
If you see a design you like, for instance, a wedding invitation, but you want to change the wording for another kind of event, that's perfectly fine. Your designs can say what you want them to say, providing they fit onto the design in an agreeable manner.
If you haven't asked for any revisions, we may allow a refund. If, however, we have made revisions, particularly if you have approved them, we may not give a refund as we have already put in the work. We don't work for free, as I'm sure you don't, either. 🙂
You get up to 3 revisions. This includes text, colour and image replacement. It will be better if you send all of your revision requests as a list, as each revision request we receive counts as one. However, if you choose to significantly change the design, it will count as a custom design and you will be charged accordingly before we send you the final file.
To deter thieves, we always add low-quality, watermarked images to the designs you see in our store. When you are satisfied with your purchase, we will send you high-quality, print-ready files in the size you specified upon payment.
