    All of our booking software comes with full support to help you manage it comfortably. However, if you try to modify the code and ‘break’ your website, we will probably have to charge to fix it, depending on how long the fix will take

    A basic WordPress website comes with a certain amount of support. We can show you how to update and add/edit content yourself if you want. We have video tutorials on our site, and our forums are a great way to get help and to help others who may have the same issues as you do. If you come to us with a support request that has been covered elsewhere, we will direct you to that post, page or video, or we may ask you to post your support request in our forums. And remember – Google is your friend! 🙂

    Ongoing site updates are not included in the cost, but you can purchase minor site edits for a very reasonable price. If you want any major updates, please use our custom quote service.

    If you ‘break’ your website, the same applies – we can have a look at what’s happened. If it’s a quick fix, we could probably do it for the site edit cost, but if it will take some time, we may make an extra charge. If in doubt, please ask!

    If your website doesn’t function as it should because of something we have misconfigured, we will, of course, fix it at no cost. However, we will not hand over your website until you are happy with it, and we will be available for any questions you may have.
